- Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour start date will be eligible for a full refund (minus applicable processing fees).
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before the tour start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Company-Initiated Cancellations:
- If Ayodhya Varanasi Tourism cancels your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, safety concerns, or operational issues, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.
- Processing fees or bank charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Services
- Certain services, such as last-minute bookings, custom itineraries, or third-party arrangements, may be non-refundable. These details will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Modifications to Bookings
